I'm giving this place a 1 star rating because: 1. The business model is not my cup of tea. They want you to pay upfront or get financing before they work on you. Then, file an insurance claim. I would rather find an in network dentist that accepts my insurance and I don't have to worry about having dental debt. Everything feels like a sales pitch instead of them caring about patients' well being. 2. The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment. 3. They bombard you with several texts and voice-mails. I had to block them. This has been my experience. I wouldn't recommend them.

Fantastic service. Super kind, professional and efficient staff. The dentists, hygienists and all staff answered all questions I had and helped me find options to finance my procedure. They made unpleasant dental news as pleasant as it could possibly be. Clean office and facilities too with TONS of parking in the area which is a huge plus for me.

From the moment you enter the place they serve you in a professional and friendly manner. Dr. Seifi is very friendly and professional, and all the other staff are kind when they talk to you, a highly recommended place for you to make your appointment now!! and you can solve your dental problems with affordable prices for your pocket.

I just had my first experiences with StarBrite Dental. My initial visit was an intake and evaluation; I spoke at length with a patient care coordinator about my various concerns (including a very negative visit with another dentist). The coordinator was patient and understanding. I was then given a full battery of complementary x-rays (3D panoramic and bite wings), as well as a visual exam with an IOC and some probing of a few decayed fillings. I was able to get two appointments within the following week for a dental cleaning and to fix the old, worn out fillings. The dental hygienist that performed the cleaning was very friendly and answered all the questions that came up. The use of a cavitron made scaling a snap, compared with offices that just do it the old fashioned way. Likewise, the appointment to get my fillings repaired was a pain free experience, and the dentist made sure I was comfortable at every step. Two thumbs up.

They have an in-house financial worker whose job is to give you all pricing without insurance, tell you you can sign up for a "payment plan" (which is a credit card with a hard credit pull) and scam you out of as much money as possible. I've had two fillings over the course of my lifetime, and StarBrite told me I needed 9. Get a second opinion. I have never had such excruciating pain after dental work as I did after receiving a few fillings from them (before cancelling my treatment plan). Don't come here.
